Wellness is at the core of everything I do. I incorporate it into all areas of my life, whether that be through daily movement, the food I eat, the energy I surround myself with and how I plan my day. I prioritise my physical and mental health so I can show up as my best self for the people I care about. For the most part, I’m a routine girlie but I like to incorporate new wellness trends from time to time so I can continue to evolve.
